We are excited to announce the DRF token migration portal is LIVE. As previously communicated, we are migrating the DRIFE token (DRF) to the SUI Network, a groundbreaking Layer 1 blockchain. We believe this move will significantly enhance the value of the DRIFE ecosystem.

Swap your existing DRF tokens from the BNB Chain to the SUI Chain through our user-friendly migration portal.

By participating in the DRF token migration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Migration to Sui Wallet: You understand that your DRF tokens will be migrated from the BNB Chain to the Sui wallet address that you provide.

• Vesting Schedule: You acknowledge that there is a vesting schedule involved in the token migration. Upon the relaunch of the token, you will receive 10% of your tokens. There will be a three-month lock-in period following this initial distribution. After the lock-in period, the remaining tokens will be distributed to you on a monthly basis over the next 12 months. You will be able to claim your tokens every month through the vesting portal that will be provided to you.

• Token Ratio: You also agree that the token migration is not on a 1:1 basis. Instead, you will receive tokens at a 11:1 ratio. This means for every 11 tokens you held before, you will receive 1 token on the new chain.

• Restructuring of the Token: This migration represents a restructuring of the DRF token. The value of the tokens you will receive in the migration is based on the last traded price of the token, which was $0.002. Additionally, you are receiving an appreciation of 70% on the tokens that you will be receiving in the new chain.

• Exclusive Migration Portal: The migration will only occur through the designated migration portal. Do not engage in any other platforms or services for the token migration, as they will not be supported or recognized.

• No Exchange Swaps: We will not support any exchange swaps for the token. The only authorized and supported swap will take place through the official migration process outlined here.
   

General Clauses:

• Irreversibility: Once the migration is completed, it is final and cannot be reversed.

• Compliance: By participating in the migration, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any future value or performance of the tokens post-migration.

• Support: For any issues or questions related to the migration, please contact our support team directly through the official channels.
